Early night: Our household eats collectively most nights, and we lean towards smaller, Mediterranean-style dinners (my spouse Carolina is from Spain, the place the largest meal is lunch). Tonight, we had an avocado, tomato, and cucumber salad and fish, and for dessert, I munched on our Thrive Market natural cacao nibs—they’re loaded with flavonoids and different micronutrients, and I now crave them much more than I did darkish chocolate.
